  • What is CNC Milling

CNC milling is a specific form of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining. Milling itself is a machining process similar to both drilling and cutting, and able to achieve many of the operations performed by cutting and drilling machines. Like drilling, milling uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool.

At TenX Manufacturing, our state of the art facility operates under an ISO9001:2015 certified production process, combined with a highly trained & experienced staff we ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Design for Manufacturing

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a set of principles and practices aimed at optimizing the design of a product to enhance its manufacturability and efficiency in the production process. The goal of DFM is to create a product design that is not only functional and meets the intended purpose but also takes into consideration the ease of manufacturing, assembly, and overall production cost. 5th-axis Milling

5th-axis milling refers to the machining process in which a cutting tool moves along five different axes to create complex and intricate three-dimensional shapes. In traditional milling, only three axes (X, Y, and Z) are involved, allowing for movement in a linear fashion along these axes. However, fifth axis milling introduces two additional rotational axes, typically referred to as A and B. Learn More
